Product description
The Horizontal Brush Sole Scrubbing Unit is a professional solution designed for fast, effective and hygienic cleaning of shoe and boot soles at production area entrances. Horizontally positioned high-strength brushes mechanically remove dirt, mud and debris from the soles. With the optional dosing pump system, the brushes can be supplied with the right amount of chemical to ensure both cleaning and disinfection at the same time.
The hand disinfection unit with integrated polyethylene turnstile does not allow personnel to pass through the turnstile without disinfecting their hands, ensuring full compliance with the hygiene procedure at the entrances.
The body, which is completely made of 304 quality inox material, meets both industrial hygiene requirements and intensive use conditions with its corrosion-resistant, long-lasting and easy-to-clean structure.

Instructions for Use (Recommended Flow)
Personnel climb over the step onto the horizontal brushes in the unit.
Brushes work automatically to clean the soles; chemical is applied by dosing pump (if available).
When the process is completed in the hand disinfection unit, the tourniquet is opened and passage is provided.
