The Turnstile Hand Disinfection System with Sole Scrubbing and Dehumidifier Mat is designed to create a “hygiene barrier” at the entrances to the production area, which requires one-step sole cleaning, dehumidification and hand disinfection. The sole scrubbing unit with horizontal brushes removes dirt and debris accumulated on the sole by mechanical action, while the dehumidifier mat located at the exit absorbs the liquid remaining on the surface, reducing its transfer to the floor and reducing slipperiness. Hand disinfection unit with integrated tourniquet (with polyethylene reservoir/coating) ensures that the tourniquet cannot be opened until hand disinfection is complete, ensuring full compliance with the procedure.

Method of use (recommended flow)

1. Staff are positioned in the unit with a step.

2. Horizontal brushes clean the base; dosing pump (if available) delivers chemical at a set rate.

3. The dehumidifying mat at the outlet removes excess liquid from the shoe sole.

4. Staff disinfect their hands in the hand disinfection unit with a turnstile; when the process is completed, the turnstile is automatically opened and passage is provided.
